Stanton faced off against Bethesda University in a last minute schedule change. The match was Stanton's first home game of the season. Taking place at Homefield #18 at Great Park in Irvine, California, Stanton was able to score the first goal by Matteo Sala. Bethesda scored the equalizer goal in the last few minutes of the 1st half. However Stanton prevailed and goals kept coming by Max Hartbaum, Victor Malaquias and Dani Apata. The Lion Angels were steamrolled securing a 4-1 victory for the Stanton Elks adding to their 3-game winning streak.
